With the announcement of the full title of the fourteenth Pokémon movie, 「ビクティニと黒き英雄ゼクロム」 Victini and the Black Hero: Zekrom, the official movie website has announced that the Victini to be distributed this year will know the event-exclusive move V-Generate. While no other information has been revealed, the Victini are expected to be distributed around the same time as the premiere of the movie on July 16, as well as its subsequent showings until September.

In addition, Zuruggu will be available via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection from Jan. 28 to Feb. 10. This level 1 Pokémon will be in a Cherish Ball and will hold a Muscle Band. It will have the OT 「サトシ」 Satoshi and the ID No. 01281. It is based on the Pokémon to be featured in the next episode of the Best Wishes series. Zuruggu will be followed by the Wi-Fi distribution of the Zoroark knowing Bark Out from Feb. 15 to March 14. This Zoroark though is available in Japan from Jan. 16 to Feb. 6.

From Jan. 27 to March 10, players may unlock C-Gear themes featuring Piplup and Croagunk on Pokémon Global Link. These commemorate the hour-long anime special this February.
