Game Freak is seeking a person with 2D or 3D graphic skills for a full-time job. It is unknown if this is for an upcoming Pokémon game; possibly for a Generation V game or the mysterious new Wii game.
Game Freak has not yet single-handedly created a 3D Pokémon game; only the main series games. HAL Laboratory, Inc., Ambrella, and Genius Sonority have always been the developer for the 3D rendered games.
