Nugget Bridge and StreetPass UK return for Manchester Pokémon Tournament #6

The sixth Manchester tournament to be held on February 8
After previous successful Pokémon competitive battling tournaments in Manchester Gamerbase and the Kyoto Lounge, Nintendo UK, Nugget Bridge and StreetPass Manchester have announced Manchester Pokémon tournament #6. This time it will take place in TV21 on Saturday February 8, 2013 from 11:00am to 8:00pm. The tournament will be using VGC14 rules and it will be free to enter.
Battles in the tournament will be played using the current official Play! Pokémon rules. These include the standard battle format of flat double battle and players can only use Pokémon from the Central, Coastal or Mountain Kalos Pokédexes, except Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde and Mewtwo. Players are required to bring their own Nintendo 3DS systems and their own copy of X or Y versions.
The first place prizes are a Champion's trophy, a Fire Emblem Edition Nintendo 3DS XL, a copy of Bravely Default, a copy of Learn with Pokémon: Typing Adventure and £30 Nintendo eShop credit. The second place prize are a Finalist's trophy, a copy of Bravely Default, a copy of Learn with Pokémon: Typing Adventure and £30 Nintendo eShop credit. The third and fourth place prizes are £20 Nintendo eShop credit.
