Nintendo of Europe's game schedule for the rest of the fiscal year has been released, revealing the release date of Animal Crossing on the DS, among other games. No Pokémon games were announced.
Europeans will be able to buy a copy of Animal Crossing: Wild World (still a tentative title according to NoE) on March 31, 2006, according to today's latest press release.
Other DS games in the listings are Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time on Jan. 27, Brain Training (known as Brain Training for Adults in Japan), Trauma Centre: Under the Knife and Pheonix Wright: Ace Attorney out on March 10.
For the GameCube, Mario Party 7 will be out on Jan. 27 and Viewtiful Joe Red Hot Rumble, a Nintendo-developed multiplatform title will be available in February.
The Game Boy Advance/Micro's key titles in the list are Wario Ware Twisted on Feb. 24, Tales of Phantasia on March 31 and Final Fantasy 4 Advance out "before April."
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was not on the list but was not expected. The game will not be out before the next fiscal year, which begins in April, and thus is due to appear in the next schedule list.
None of the current Pokémon titles being released in Japan at the moment, such as Dungeon of Mystery, were on the list, indicating that while it is likely Nintendo of America's list will have them, they will not be translated simultaneously for European audiences. As a result, the games are unlikely to reach European shores before next fall.
