In the last weekly update before the release of the Japanese expansion, Red Collection, the official TCG blog reveals the second of two Pokémon Tool cards: Rocky Helmet. Also featured were a few promotional cards to be released during the Summer Carnival, an event taking place in Japan from July 23 to Aug 28. These promotional cards include a Pikachu Jumbo card, an Emolga reprint from the Black Collection, and a set of promotional Energy cards. Red Collection will be released July 15.

You can only have 1 Ace Spec Trainer card in your deck.

Attach to 1 of your Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card.

As long as this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, if this Pokémon receives damage from an opponent's attack, put two damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon.
