The three themes

Three new Pokémon-themed Home menu themes for the Nintendo 3DS will be released in Europe this Friday, May 29, 2015.

The first theme is based on Pokémon Shuffle. The second theme features Eevee and its evolutions. The third theme features Mega Charizard X.

This is the first time any of these themes have been released in any region.
