With the upcoming Legendary Treasures TCG expansion less than a month away, the Prerelease promotional card has been revealed to be Tornadus-EX. The promo is a reprint from the Dark Explorers expansion and is a BW Black Star Promotional card numbered BW96. Prerelease tournaments will be held during the weekends of Oct. 26 and Nov. 2. The set will be officially released Nov. 6.
