Tsutaaja is a Bird of Paradise Pokemon
I believe that the two starters are based on a pig and a sea otter, but the Grass Type I see it is not a Lizard at all, although it has a stinctive shape, but I think it's based on a Strelitzia, also known as the Bird of Paradise plant, it has the same shape.
