Update October 31: Due to the numbering revealed on a later Darkness card, it is highly possible that there won't be any Fighting type cards in this set. This news article has been updated accordingly.

During the weekly update, the official Japanese Pokémon card website added a commercial and promotional video for the upcoming XY Beginning Set. Though the commercial didn't promote anything new, the promotional video adds a few new cards to the currently known repertoire for the XY Beginning Set. Weedle, Slugma, Snubbull, Granbull, Fletchling, Tierno, and a few unidentifiable cards of the Darkness type make their release November 6. Screenshots of all the new cards (courtesy of Claire from CollectorViper), and translations of Slugma, Snubbull, and Granbull are below. The rest of the cards are too obstructed to read.

Slugma is revealed to fill in the hole at 006/039. Snubbull and Granbull take up spots 022/039 and 023/039 respectively. The video can be seen here.
