Update: On The PokéGym, Organized Play Associate Dan Brandt has stated that the Badge Cases one can order are NOT for the upcoming League Cycle, and are instead Badge Cases from last year's Unova 2 Challenge.
The first details of the upcoming 2013-2014 Play! Pokémon League Cycle have now been posted on Pokémon.com. Although the final details are not yet released, each of the eight Seasons has been named and dated, and Badge Cases for the 2012-2013 League Cycle can now be ordered again for those who missed out last year. Supplies for the first Season, the Chespin Season, are not yet able to be ordered, and no details about the promotional materials have been released. Additionally, the Chespin Stage 2 Season, Fennekin Stage 2 Season, and Froakie Stage 2 Season are most likely tentative names as the final evolutions have not been revealed yet.
