Additionally, a screenshot has confirmed that riding on specific Pokémon, including Stoutland, will be possible in Pokémon Sun and Moon.
Tapu Koko (known as Kapu Kokeko in Japanese) is an Electric/Fairy-type Pokémon. It has the new Ability Electric Surge (previously translated from Japanese as Electric Maker), which creates the effect of Electric Terrain. It can learn the new move Nature's Madness (previously translated from Japanese as Wrath of Nature), which reduces the target's HP by half. It is the guardian deity of Melemele Island.
Charjabug (known in Japanese as Denjimushi) is a Bug/Electric-type Pokémon. It has the new Ability Battery, which allows it to raise the power of its allies' special moves. It can learn the move Spark. It is the evolved form of Grubbin, and evolves into Vikavolt.
Vikavolt (known in Japanese as Kuwaganon) is a Bug/Electric-type Pokémon. It has the Ability Levitate. It can learn the move Zap Cannon. It is the evolved form of Charjabug.
Drampa (known in Japanese as Jijīron) is a Normal/Dragon-type Pokémon. It can have either the new Ability Berserk (previously translated from Japanese as Frenzy) or Sap Sipper as its Ability; Berserk raises its Special Attack one stage when its HP falls below half. It can learn the move Dragon Breath.
Bruxish (known in Japanese as Hagigishiri) is a Water/Psychic-type Pokémon. It can have either the new Ability Dazzling (previously translated from Japanese as Vivid Body) or Strong Jaw as its Ability; Dazzling prevents opponents from using increased priority moves. It can learn the move Psywave.
Cutiefly (known in Japanese as Aburī) is a Bug/Fairy-type Pokémon. It can have either Honey Gather or Shield Dust as its Ability. It can learn the move Fairy Wind.
Togedemaru is an Electric/Steel-type Pokémon. It can have either Iron Barbs or Lightning Rod as its Ability. It can learn the move Discharge.
Rockruff (known in Japanese as Iwanko) is a Rock-type Pokémon. It can have either Keen Eye or Vital Spirit as its Ability. It can learn the move Bite. It is capable of evolving at least once.
Komala (known in Japanese as Nekkoara) is a Normal-type Pokémon. It has the Ability Comatose (previously translated from Japanese as Sure Sleeper), which keeps it perpetually asleep, preventing it from being afflicted by any other status conditions. It clings to a log-shaped pillow gifted to it by its parents. It almost never lets go of its pillow, having trouble sleeping and thrashing around wildly if it loses hold of it. Some people water its saliva down and drink it to help them sleep.
Zygarde has three forms, as well as the Zygarde Core and Zygarde Cell. Zygarde Cores and Zygarde Cells cannot battle on their own. Only when they gather together to form one of Zygarde's Formes can they battle. Only a few Zygarde Cores exist, and they each have their own will. There are many more Zygarde Cells than Cores, with Zygarde Cells being scattered throughout the Alola region and lacking their own will.
Zygarde 10% Forme is one of Zygarde's three forms, appearing in the core series for the first time in Sun and Moon. It can have either Aura Break or Power Construct as its Ability. This form only uses a single Core, and can act independently of its main body of 50% Forme during emergencies, but only for a short time.
Zygarde 50% Forme is one of Zygarde's three forms, being the form Zygarde takes in the core series Generation VI games. It can have either Aura Break or Power Construct as its Ability.
Zygarde Complete Forme is one of Zygarde's three forms, appearing in the core series for the first time in Sun and Moon. When the HP of a Zygarde 10% Forme or 50% Forme with the new Ability Power Construct (previously translated from Japanese as Swarm Change) falls below half, it transforms into Complete Forme, which retains Power Construct as its Ability. This form is optimized for battle to protect the ecosystem. Its wings and tail each have a Core, totaling five; each Core serves as a brain and can make decisions and actions independently. It can learn the move Core Enforcer, which erases the Abilities of opponents that have already used a move that turn.
Additionally, Zygarde 50% Forme is now confirmed to have the Ability Swarm Change, which is the same Ability Zygarde 10% Forme was shown to have. Swarm Change allows Zygarde 10% Forme or 50% Forme to change into Complete Forme, and appears to activate when it is at low HP. Additionally, Zygarde 50% Forme is now confirmed to be able to learn Thousand Arrows, a move which exists unused in the code of the Generation VI games and that Zygarde 10% Forme has already been shown to use in Pokémon Sun and Moon.
