Gengar and Scizor will be distributed to Pokémon Centers in Japan for the entire month of February. They will be available via Mystery Gift for the Pokémon X and Y games.

Gengar will be available during the even numbered hours between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. Gengar will be level 25, will come in a Cherish Ball, and will have a Classic Ribbon. It will not be holding an item. It will have the moves Confuse Ray, Night Shade, Sucker Punch and Shadow Punch. It has the ability Levitate.

Scizor will be available during the odd numbered hours between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. Scizor will be level 25, will come in a Cherish Ball, and will have a Classic Ribbon. It will not be holding an item. It will have the moves Metal Claw, False Swipe, Agility and Fury Cutter. It will have either Swarm or Technician as its Ability.
