The Happy Hour Inkay that is currently being distributed at the Pokémon Center in Tokyo Bay will be available at all Pokémon Centers from Dec. 26 until Jan. 26. It has the moves Happy Hour, Foul Play, Hypnosis and Topsy-Turvy, is level 10, and comes in a Cherish Ball. It will be holding an Aspear Berry.

The next set of O-Powers will be distributed starting Jan. 11, 2014. The O-Powers that will be distributed are: Capture Power S, Exp. Point Power S, Hatching Power S, and Prize Money Power S.
