The 20th Pokémon movie, Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!, will be released in Japan on DVD and Blu-ray on Dec. 20, 2017.

The movie debuted in Japan on July 15, 2017, with the Japanese version airing for the first time at the Japan Expo in France on July 6, 2017. The dub will be screened at theaters internationally starting Nov. 5, 2017.

Unconfirmed listings indicate that this movie will be released in Australia on DVD Dec. 6, 2017, a fortnight before the Japanese release. Pokémon movies have been released on DVD in Australia before Japan since 2013's Genesect and The Legend Awakened.
