Arrested? That's rather harsh. Sure, he disobeyed company policy, but was it really a crime? It's not like either Nintendo or CoroCoro lost revenue because of him. At worst he should be fired, and even that's pretty far. His defense was rather dumb, however: "My reason for revealing the images of the characters was to reveal the images of the characters."
