Hi, Could you possibly add "it is unknown if this Pokemon will have an In-Game affect in Pokemon Black and White" I just feel this is too ridiculous of a give-away to have no meaning, like Shiny Pichu --Jimmyduckegg 18:34, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

The Darkrai from the 10th movie didn't have an in-game effect. and i'm also guessing that if it is released outside of japan, i'll never get one. I live in Canada. we only get the wifi events--Kongu Chaos - I liek Mudkipz 21:22, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
The "meaning" is that it's based on a character from a movie. All movie giveaways before those from the 11th movie didn't have effects. Not all event Pokémon are meant to have effects. tc²₆tc26 09:24, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
However, all Store Events and Wi-Fi Events after Movie 10 have had In Game affects (except Darkrai), Regigigas unlocked Regirock, Regice and Registeel. Shaymin unlocked the Gracidea Flower, Arceus unlocked the Sinnoh Dragon Trio, Shiny Pichu unlocked Notched-Ear Pichu, Shiny Beasts unlock Zoroark in Black and White, Celebi unlocks Giovanni, Jirachi unlocks the Night sky's Edge Pokewalker Course you get my point. It is not like I'm saying it WILL unlock something, however if we consider the last events, it probably will. --Jimmyduckegg 15:57, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
Not true. Examples include the VGC/WC Lucario, Weavile and shiny Eevee and Milotic, the Anniversary Mew and Pichu, the annual Birthday Pikachu and Charmander, the Ario, Kyoto and Character Fair, McDonald's Pikachu, the Birthday Chimchar, Korean event Manaphy, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Tangrowth, Electivire, Magmortar, Mew, Arcanine, Munchlax and Feebas, Pokémon Center Pikachu, Eevee and Meowth, Pokémon Sunday-related Octillery, Flygon, Metagross and Slaking, the Onemuri Pikachu, Yukina Meowth, Nintendo Zone Pikachu, TRU Dragonite, event Salamence, Dragonite, Starly, Bidoof and more... tc²₆tc26 10:31, 6 June 2010 (UTC)
