As the festivities at the 2013 World Championships have begun, participants have been receiving their goodie bags of promotional merchandise, all themed around the Worlds tournament taking place in Vancouver. These bags include a multilingual set of this year's promo: Champions Festival, as well as a Pikachu plush, a Worlds T-shirt, a playmat, deckbox, and promotional Worlds patch. Worlds goes until Sunday, August 11th.

The new Champions Festival is one of the BW Black Star Promos, and is numbered BW95.

Once during each player's turn, if that player has 6 Pokémon in play, he or she may heal 10 damage from each of his or her Pokémon.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card.
